Welcome back home.
After a short downtime caused by a hardware defect in the New Jersey data center, we were able to restart our web server with a new and improved environment at 1:00:00 Central European Time.
As already reported and communicated to all our customers in a Service Announcement, neither the security of the data base suffered nor was there any degradation of the services. We were able to guarantee the 99.9% uptime of core services and the functionality of the Software Center at all times. Only our public presence (the website and access point of Node #01 Core New Jersey) was affected by the defect.
We would like to apologize very much and thank all concerned for their understanding.
